Citimark Properties’ ‘Mirador’ delivers a luxury array of 71 boutique apartments over 18 levels. A unique blend of built form and nature, every aspect of Mirador has been designed for island living, with its distinctive style inspired by the timeless flow of coastal curves, complemented by classic mid-century design principles. Set in the heart of the vibrant Chevron Island Village, Mirador apartments offer views of the Surfers Paradise skyline, Pacific Ocean, Nerang River, HOTA parkland and the Gold Coast hinterland.

The design responds to market demand for boutique luxury living on the Gold Coast, with the original density of the development reduced by 50% to accommodate larger apartments with a boutique focus.Mirador includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom apartments; with podium level Terrace Apartments and Sky Homes from Level 17. Prices range from $690,000 for the Terrace Apartments and the price for Sky Homes start at $2.4 million.

Softly rounded forms and textural layering echo the building’s distinctive character throughout the interiors. Impressive natural marbles, European appliances and coloured sanitaryware are cocooned in a warm timber setting, creating an interior environment that is homely and welcoming, whilst being striking and unique.

The building’s identity takes strong cues from the curvature of the ocean swell. Materiality is core to contextualising the tower, with textured paint finishes, stone tiles, light grey concrete and bronze glazing, and perforated metal screening anchoring the design to the coastline. With the tower set back, the pedestrian awning positioned at the street’s edge, and planting spilling over through the perforated façade treatment, we have ensured the design activates the street edge, and provides a human scale and texturally-rich podium.

We have dedicated two levels of the development to a collection of resort-inspired residential amenities. There is a dedicated barbecue area, private dining room, club lounge and stunning alfresco dining space backdropped by panoramic views of the iconic coastline. Beyond the rooftop recreational space, the podium level incorporates wellness spaces; a gym, Pilates space, and yoga lawn are an extension of the residences above.
