Midwater Residences are located on Main Beach Parade bordered by Cable Park to the North, Main Beach to the East and Nerang River to the West. The building form is a sculptural icon, with soft curves and translucent layers reminiscent of the rippling seawater, formed into a 39-storey architectural landmark.

From the project’s inception, we envisaged a residential tower that felt more like a resort than a residence. The resident experience is treated in the same fashion as a hotel guest experience. With dramatic entry points, and opulent resident amenities including a rooftop beach club, two pools and a pool bar, a spa, sauna and steam room, cinema, private dining area, beach club and marina lounge, the design delivers on the daily wellness mantra. We have ensured the design’s extensive and luxurious amenity is central to Midwater’s distinctive market offer.

An innovative feature of Midwater is our use of technology to enhance the resident’s lifestyle. Each occupant arrives in style with a state-of-the-art, automated valet parking system. Residents simply swipe their security card for their car to be delivered to its secure basement park, while owners enjoy the convenience of taking the lift to their apartment above.

Within the apartment, smart home automation provides an integrated system of devices designed for comfort, security, and convenience. Lighting, audio and video, blinds, air conditioning and security are all controlled by an all-in-one touch screen, remote or smartphone.

Inspired by the natural coastal surrounds, a combination of soft curves and modern lines create 3 sophisticated yet relaxed interior schemes; ‘Dune’, ‘Dawn’, and ‘Drift.’ It’s a modern take on the coastal aesthetic, with the presence of the exterior environment evolving into a contemporary minimalist design inside. Concealed lighting reflects against durable stone surfaces and warm timber joinery, while a touch of brushed nickel from the quality fittings is a subtle hint to the natural elegance and ambience of its context.
