15 Green Square Close
As the first greenfield development in a new commercial precinct, 15 Greens Square Close is defined by a unique façade design, a statement landmark for precinct gentrifying the northern gateway to the CBD.
Designed to attract key anchor tenants, the commercial development is configured with large 1,500sqm floorplates and a central core. The design offers tenants flexibility to configure the working floors to their unique requirements and manages the evolution in how tenants occupy large commercial buildings as new working models emerge.
The building is set in an emergent commercial precinct and interacts with the increasingly maturing Fortitude Valley, along a substantially developing pedestrian and cycleway. To respond to the way tenants’ journey in an out of the building, the A-grade development incorporates end of trip facilities including bicycle access and storage, and amenities. The approach was critical in the success of securing an anchor tenant, with a 40% tenant precommitment underpinning construction.
