Shawn’s time at Cottee Parker has seen him leverage and share his working experience from Dublin (Ireland), London (UK), Charlotte (USA) and as the principal of his own architectural company in South Africa between 2005 and 2017. With experience in several building typologies, including commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, educational, industrial, to the extension of terminal 3 Heathrow airport (transport), he is well equipped to deliver on many different types of project briefs and outcomes.

Continuously exploring the tools available to our profession, his ability and passion for creating an experience that helps our clients and teams understand the design solution and make informed decisions throughout the process, offers a unique value to all he engages with. With his general desire to solve problems and explore new procedures that enhance our team’s workflows, Shawn has shared his vision and implemented his agile approach to the development of custom GDL Libraries for Archicad (Our primary documentation tool), which continues to add value to many at Cottee Parker.
