His role included working with and managing a variety of consultants throughout the design and approval process for a variety of Multi Residential projects.

Returning to Cottee Parker as a Senior Associate, Adam is a driving force behind the practice’s Design Unit. The Unit fosters review and discussion of design solutions to advance the design credentials of the practice as a whole. This includes mentoring less experienced staff and providing internal peer review of design proposals.

Adam’s extensive experience in both the property and architectural industries has seen him develop skills in understanding and navigating the complexities within multi-staged projects. He has worked closely with various stakeholders and authorities, including Brisbane City Council, EDQ and various marketing agencies, ensuring quality projects are delivered within the required budget.

Adam is often called upon to work up design options within tight time-frames as clients complete their due diligence on potential site purchases. This process requires Adam to understand the impact that construction techniques, material selection and design have on project feasibility.

Adams’ diverse skills allow him to better understand and work closely with clients, ensuring value is added to their developments.
