The development consists of a diverse mix of uses, including a hotel, serviced apartments, and built-to-rent housing in a location well served with public transport and close to major employment nodes.

The Gabba Heart Precinct creates a strong identity through landscaped facades and permeable ground floor plane, creating memorable spaces for visitors and locals and will be a catalyst project for the creation of the Logan Road Green Boulevard.
