Cottee Parker Architects are currently working with Spiritus to investigate yield options on some of their larger under developed aged care/retirement living land parcels.

Our focus has been to deliver compact and efficient built form solutions that integrate with the existing built form on site to form a cohesive masterplan.

Symes Grove St. Martin is a significant parcel containing a mixture of high and low care facilities, our objective has been to examine high density nursing home floorspace solutions, to replace the existing low rise facility to maximize the site area for retirement living product.

Symes Thorpe aged care facility has significant vegetation constraints and our challenge was to deliver a solution that maximised yields in unencumbered lots with linkages to the existing aged care facilities.
