Middle Village Units

These units provided Cottee Parker Architects with the challenge of fitting three town house on a small site while capturing the magnificent views of Mount Yotei.

Staggered rotating floor plans were utilised to allow each home to maximise their aspect of the mountain. Internally the spaces rotate and climb around a central three storey void. The homes cascade down the street with a variation in form and facade materials to ensure individual identity to each home as well as to contrast to the surrounding white landscape.
