Mayfair On Manly Shopping Centre

Completed in August 2004, Mayfair on Manly was conceived as a high quality centre to attract national tenants. It provides a retail anchor for the adjoining residential development by the same developer.

The entrance statement of the centre is the forecourt which provides a shaded and naturally ventilated communal area with appealing shop fronts visible at 500m from Manly Road.

A landscaped storm-water detention basic improves runoff quality and is used for centre irrigation. Allowance was also made for a  koala movement corridor through this site.
