Highpoint Plaza
This existing neighbourhood convenience centre was built in the mid eighties. The improvements delivered in this renovation addressed a number of issues.
A contemporary identity has been achieved through significant changes to the architecture, centre branding and signage. These changes dramatically improved the street engagement of the centre and hard surface treatments and landscaping improved the vehicle access and pedestrian safety.
The development of a centre brand increased the commercial yield of tenancies and provided better value for existing and new tenants while the architectural changes increased the net lettable area.
Graphic treatments delivered consistency and privacy for all tenancies and way finding was improved by incorporated signage and surface treatments.
Cottee Parker Architects addressed all of the client’s requirements within budgetry constraints, with continual stakeholder communication and delivered the project with minimal disruption to trading.
