Cottee Parker Architects are refining the masterplan for Aveo’s Sandgate Road Village Complex.

New buildings are to be integrated into an existing framework of heritage buildings and unit developments while maintaining green spaces, recreation areas, and enhancing pedestrian access.

Design has commenced on building 9, with 47 units over 6 levels with unit layouts adopting a universal design code.
