Playing a leading role in large-scale projects such as Youi Headquarters, Haven Apartments and Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments, Grant is well equipped to work on a project from initial concept designs right through to post-completion.

His knowledge and experience of the Building Code of Australia and associated Standards ensure he can solve any complex problems that arise, and continues to deliver creative design solutions that meet commercial outcomes. His ability to solve problems at the conceptual stage combined with his collaborative design approach successfully transforms initial ideas into reality.

Grant’s ability to assess a project’s quality has seen him become an invaluable part of the internal quality assurance and documentation team, where he reviews documentation across all of Cottee Parker’s projects. As an Associate, Grant also strives to be a mentor to the practice’s young professionals, where he hopes to inspire and grow their passion for design.
